If you or someone you know is a veteran and is a manual wheelchair (or power assist) user, this innovation could change your/their life. Enter now for the next drawing, October 15, 2008. By filling out the entry form, participant agrees to the Contest Rules. Entry details below.

No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person. The next drawing will be held October 15, 2008. Non-winning entries will be automatically entered in subsequent drawings. Entrance limited to residents of the U.S. and Canada. Winner must be a manual wheelchair user and successfully complete a MagicWheels test drive and evaluation. Decisions regarding winner’s suitability for MagicWheels use are the sole judgment of MagicWheels Inc. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Your personal information will not be sold or traded to any mailing lists. Winner will have 60 days from the date of drawing to complete a test drive and evaluation in order to claim the prize. Winner also agrees to grant MagicWheels Inc. the right to use their name, image or other likeness without further compensation for advertising or promotional purposes. By participating in the contest, you agree to release MagicWheels Inc., its officers, employees, directors and agents or representatives from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Each Winner agrees, as a precondition for the receipt of any prize, to execute all releases and other documentation reasonably requested by MagicWheels Inc. Winner is responsible for any taxes, fees or duties, if applicable. This contest, and all promotions relating thereto, are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This drawing, and any promotions relating thereto, including the interpretation of these Contest Rules, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. No responsibility is assumed by MagicWheels for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur.
